I have extensive experience working as a healthcare assistant within the community, specifically in the domiciliary care industry. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to provide compassionate and professional care to a diverse group of clients. My expertise includes working with clients who have dementia, including those with early onset, as well as individuals requiring palliative care. My ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families has been key to my success in providing effective care. I am adept at managing challenging situations and have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by my clients.

Kabita Thapa Magar
Kabita is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional currently based in the UK, where she is pursuing a degree in Bioscience. Alongside her academic journey, she works with Rosemil Care, providing vital support to clients across a range of care needs.
Kabita has hands-on experience working with individuals requiring palliative care, as well as those living with various mental health conditions. Her role involves delivering personal care, administering medication, assisting with daily living activities, and offering emotional support tailored to each client's individual needs. She is skilled at creating a calm and respectful environment, ensuring dignity and comfort at all times.

Anju Nath
Before joining Rosemil, Anju Nath volunteered in Nepal, where she worked closely with elderly individuals at facilities such as the Nisharati Foundation Hospital. In this role, she provided hands-on support with daily personal care including washing and dressing, promoted positive mental well-being, maintained health and hygiene standards, monitored individual progress, and reported updates to senior staff. Anju also gained valuable experience supporting people living with dementia, delivering compassionate and respectful care.
Anju holds an MBA in Bioscience from St. John’s University in the UK, bringing both academic knowledge and practical insight to her current role at Rosemil. Her dedication and warmth continue to earn her positive feedback from clients and colleagues alike.
